By using Vastavik Learning, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Vastavik Learning platform (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part, you may not use the Service.

Vastavik Education Pvt. Ltd. (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website vastaviklearning.online and related applications.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
  • If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.
  • You must provide accurate registration information.
  • One account per person. Multiple accounts may be suspended.

3. Account & Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. Notify us immediately at support@vastaviklearning.online if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Vastavik offers Free and Premium (Pro / Team) subscription plans. Premium subscriptions are processed via Razorpay and support UPI Autopay (recurring monthly charges).

  • Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled.
  • You authorize us to charge your selected payment method on each renewal date.
  • UPI Autopay mandates can be revoked from your UPI app at any time.
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension after 7 days.
  • Pricing is inclusive of GST as applicable under Indian law.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Please refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy for full details. First-time Pro subscribers are eligible for a 7-day money-back guarantee.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
  • Share your account credentials with others.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
  • Upload malicious code or content.
  • Scrape, crawl, or use bots to access the Service.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users or instructors.
  • Circumvent any paywalls or access controls.

7. Content & Intellectual Property

  • All course content, videos, code samples, and designs are owned by Vastavik or our licensors.
  • You may view, download (for personal use), and interact with content as intended.
  • You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly share our content.
  • You retain ownership of any code you write in our editor.
  • By submitting feedback, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use it.

8. AI Tutor Disclaimer

Our AI tutor is provided “as is” and may occasionally produce inaccurate information. Always verify critical information. The AI tutor is not a substitute for professional academic advice.

9. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance with or without notice.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for any violation of these Terms. You may close your account at any time from Settings.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vastavik shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
